Pan fried breast of duck, lavender, sweet potato, honey ginger and soy sauce

Rolled turkey breast wrapped in smoked bacon filled with apricot, cranberry, sage stuffing, cranberry and orange sauce

Pan fried sirloin steak, caramelised shallots, pickled mushrooms, red wine sauce

Sea bass, smoked bacon, red chicory, celeriac puree, spinach red wine sauce
