Potted chicken liver and duck parfait, cornichons and silverskin onion served with warm toasted bread

Pan fried breast of duck, lavender sweet potato puree, honey ginger and soy sauce

Rolled chicken breast wrapped in smoked bacon filled with apricot, cranberry, sage stuffing, cranberry and orange sauce

Pan fried sirloin steak, caramelised shallots, pickled mushrooms, creamed potato, red wine sauce,
