(except Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years Eve) from 7.00 pm

 
Starters

Flaked smoked haddock and prawn dauphinoise pot
Or
Homemade leek and parsnip soup with a hint of ginger
Or
Baked black pudding wrapped in smoked bacon topped with mustard and herb crumb finished with a rich red wine sauce
Or
Tomato chipolata sausage jambalaya
Or
Poached pear in Shropshire blue cheese topped with gratinated parsley, macadamia nut and herb crumb

Main Courses

Pan fried breast of duck, beetroot mash served with Plum and mulled wine sauce
Or
Slow braised shank of lamb, creamy celeriac mash, and port and shallot sauce
Or
Roasted turkey, creamed cabbage and smoked bacon bubble and squeak, cranberry and red wine sauce
Or
Pan fried sea bass, buttered fine beans, puy lentils served with caper butter sauce
Or
Fillet of salmon topped with a tomato salsa and goats cheese wrapped in puff pastry and served with basil cream sauce
Or
Ragout of roasted vegetables, quinoa and sauté potatoes topped with a deep fried poached egg in herb crumb

(V) Roasted beetroot, toasted walnut bread, goats cheese, quinoa and cous cous
