Starters
Red lentil, vegetable and tomato soup
Or
Duck liver and orange pate with spiced onion chutney, toasted croutons, green salad
Or
Smoked haddock in a white wine cream cheese sauce topped with creamed potato and baked
Or
Royal Greenland prawns cooked in tomato, onion, garlic, brandy, red peppers, paprika, parsley served with bread

Slow braised belly pork and creamed mash granny smith puree

Baked black pudding wrapped in bacon topped with mustard and herb crumb, red wine sauce

Slow braised shank of lamb navarin, with turnip and potato mash
(White wine, tomato, vegetables, garlic, onion, stock, and haricot beans)
