Pan-fried fillet steak, wild mushrooms, dauphinoise potatoes, green peppercorn sauce
Pork loin and black pudding wellington, smoked bacon cabbage, caramelised apple
Pan fried sea bass, mussels, buttered spinach, creamed potato, pea shoots and cream foam
Wild mushroom, celeriac and thyme pithivier, glazed carrots, chive and spring onion cream sauce
