Maple roasted celeriac and parsnip soup
Chicken orange and duck liver pate, spiced plum chutney, toasted croutons
Wild mushroom and edamme bean risotto
Potted trout with horseradish, green peppercorns, dill cabbage remoulade toasted croutons
Pickled beetroot tart with goats cheese beignet

Roasted beef served with Yorkshire pudding, roast gravy
Roasted turkey with stuffing and roast gravy
Pan fried chicken breast of chicken, thyme, cranberry and orange sauce
Pan fried salmon fillet served with caper and lemon butter sauce
