Christmas Evening menu 2018
Tuesday to Saturday from 27th November 2018
& throughout December (except Christmas Day & Boxing Day) from 7.00 pm


Caramelized parsnip, butterbean and coconut soup
Chicken, black pudding, ham hock terrine, piccalilli, toasted bread
Smoked haddock, colcannon mash, chive cheese sauce, poached egg
Pear, chestnut mushroom and blue cheese tart, pea shoot salad
Marinated beetroot, grilled goats cheese, dressed leaves

Main course

Rolled turkey breast, apricot and cranberry stuffing, wrapped in smoked bacon red wine sauce
Pan fried duck, dauphinoise potato, roasted beetroot and sweet potato, port sauce
Pork loin, slow cooked belly pork, creamed potato, pear and mustard seed sauce
Fish dish of the day
Pan fried seasoned sirloin steak, blue cheese and watercress sauce
(V) Veggie Lancashire hot pot
(Root vegetables, barley, lentils, stock, sliced potato)
(V) Glazed carrot, mushroom pitivier, toasted hazelnuts, garlic and chive butter
